Weight Watchers® by Conair™ Glass Body Analysis Scale Model WW52 – Review and Giveaway
Enter to win a cool scale, to prove those “water weight” days and my ever-popular big-boned theory.
The folks at Conair sent me this fancy scale to review, and to tell you about.
First, let me tell you about my old scale. I haven’t done any scientific testing, but I’m pretty sure this scale came over to this country on the Mayflower. It’s a basic scale with a sort of veneer on it. At one point the veneer had come lose and was sticking up, so I glued it and clamped it down to let the glue dry. I’m sure that did wonders for its accuracy, being held at about 80 lbs of pressure for a few days. But, I like my scale just fine. Why do I need a new one?
So, when they sent me pictures of these awesome glass body scales, my loyalty to my old scale went right out the window. Sorry old friend.
Who am I trying to kid? I don’t like scales. I avoid them whenever possible. At the doctor’s office I feel as if I need to set down my purse, take off my shoes, and potentially other clothing – to get an accurate weigh in. Probably a good number of you reading this agree that being weighed isn’t our idea of a good time.
So, back to the pretty scale. This thing not only measures weight, it also measures body fat, body water, bone mass and BMI (body mass index). Ah-hah! So the big-boned people can finally have their day in the sun. On the days when I’m a few pounds heavier, I can finally prove that it’s because of water! Hey, I think I could start to like this scale…
With the WW52, you can find out exactly where you stand. It first asks your height, age and gender. Then it calculates your body analysis measurements based on your specifics. It tells your body fat, weight and bone mass, and finally your body water and BMI. How cool is that?! It can also store up to four people in its memory.
The scale has a sleek, streamlined design along with a blue backlight on the 1.9” LCD screen with 2 lines. It features impact-resistant tempered safety glass platform with stainless steel and includes bone mass analysis. The 12.2” x 12.8” scale has a 400 lb. capacity and includes long-life batteries.
The Weight Watchers by Conair Glass Body Analysis Scale Model WW52 is available at Target, as well as at www.conair-store.com for an average retail price of $49.99.
If that’s not what you’re looking for, they have other models available at www.conairscales.com. Check it out!

I need these scales because last year I lost 75 pounds but have put on another 25 cos I quit smoking. I a ready to get back to my healthy eating and I will lose another 55 pounds and maybe more. These scales would make it really nice on weigh-in days on Sundays. They would make a nice addition to my dieting.

I have been overweight my whole adolescent-adult life w/ the exception of one year when I dropped 130+lbs to prove to my cheating husband that I was better than anyone else he could find. I also auditions for season 13 of Tge Biggest Loser & made it to the final cut, but didn’t make it. Please, thus scale could help me lose the weight for good…the right way.

I am trying to win this for my friend, she has recently lost over 50lbs using weight watchers…this would be a great gift to her to celebrate her new life as a healthy mom! She weighed 245lbs and is now at 195! She still has a few to loose, so this scale would really help her get the last 30lbs off…She has no money and is doing this without a scale to suprise her son in Texas at the U.S. Air Force bootcamp Nov. 4th! We are sponsoring her to go and show him that if he can change his lift for the better, so can she! Thanks for listening

Would love to know especially my water weight. I am currently dieting and there are some days I don’t do anything differently but will gain a pound. Would definitely be interesting to see if it had anything to do with water weight. I liked both conair and gimmiefreebies on FB. Thanks for the opportunity.
I want proof of your bone density to stay healthy and water weight so I have a more accurate accounting of my water, fat, verse muslce weight. I’m excited about loosing weight and staying healthy
I would like the scale as mine is broken and have been told by my MD to monitor my fluid intake and output as I have stage 1 kidney disease. My kidneys quit about 4 weeks ago but are okay now just have to monitor them closely.I am a bladder cancer survivor since 1997.God was good to me.

I would like to win it to help keep my family at a healthy weight. I would also like to know my bone density.
I’ve always been told that my weight problems are due to water weight and big bones. I don’t know if that’s right. I’m trying to lose weight, so it would be nice to know. If it works great, I’ll advertise the hell of your product for you. Gladly.
I would love to win this scale! How nice it would be on those days I am feeling fat to have confirmation that it’s just water weight. LOL
