The awesome people at Tropical Traditions sent me a jar of their Raw Organic Honey to review and tell you about.

Before tasting it, we read the info on the enclosed pamphlet and bottle label.  They explained that the honey is from a remote area in Canada, where the food and pollen source for bees can be controlled, to positively affect the taste.

My husband used to have bees, and knows quite a bit about bees and honey.
