Have you shopped at Wish.com? Did you purchase one or more products at a discount off of the stated “original” or “regular” price between June 6, 2013 and December 12, 2017 and did not receive either a refund or credit for the “sale price”? This class action suit alleges that Wish.com tricked consumers into thinking they were getting a deal on items sold through its website. It also alleges, that by including a false “original” or “regular” price along with a supposed discount, Wish.com violated Missouri and California consumer protection laws.
You can claim $3.00 with no proof on this.
You can claim up to $20 with proof, if you can show proof that the products you purchased were advertised for sale by another retailer within 90 days of the date of your purchases, using lower reference prices than advertised on Wish.com.

You must file your claim no later than August 1, 2018 (postmarked or received electronically)
