Mailbox Report: share photos of the freebies you've gotten lately!
Member Suggestions: got a great idea? Let us know!
How to post on Gimmie's Member Forums:1. Sign in or sign up for Gimmie Forums (If you're not already a member,
2. Go to the Member Referral Requests & Businesses section of the Members forum
3. Click "New Topic" on top, right side of list (note: you won't see this option when reading a post like you are right now)
4. Fill in your subject and body and click "post"
A few notes: Links: to make links just paste your URL. After posting check to make sure your URL didn't break (some links break if too long, and the end of the URL won't be included, so link doesn't work). You can manually include a link when posting by using the tag [ U R L ] at beginning of URL and [ / U R L ] at end of URL (remove spaces in tags). Or use the Insert Hyperlink icon (3rd from left, has a globe on it) and paste URL then click OK and paste URL again.
Pictures: to link pictures, click the Insert Image icon (2nd from left, looks like a framed picture) and paste in the URL of the picture location (e.g.
http://www.google.com/images/logos/ps_logo2.png).
To get your image location, right click the image and choose "copy image location" in Firefox, or "copy image URL" in Chrome, or click "Properties" and copy address URL in Internet Explorer.
If your picture is not on the Internet, or the image URL isn't easy to grab (some websites in Flash don't have single images you can link, for example), you can also host the image free on
TinyPic.com and use the "Direct Link for Layouts" URL.
