Update: fan Natalie said she wasn't able to stack the codes after all.  (We didn't know at first because the deal wasn't live yet.)

But, she did say she was able to call in and have them use both codes. 

However, when I called they did NOT let me use both codes. They insisted they are not stackable codes. I'd either have to pay $4.99 shipping for the 3 items I had, and would get $10 off with my code.  Probably not a terrible deal for these three items, but I didn't do it. The guy wasn't real happy with me and ended the call abruptly after saying "thank you". Oh well...
