This was shared by a known scammer who has shared other fake freebies (such as the FAKE offer for a Olive Skin Care) that won’t come.
UPDATE: I’m happy to report that Facebook has taken the fake Skin Care Advisor page down! Thank you all for reporting them! Please report this one too!!

This is not a legit offer, it is spam.
