A settlement has been proposed in a class action lawsuit alleging certain Universal Nutrition supplements were improperly labeled with a “Made Proudly in the USA” label. Evidently Universal allegedly violated California state law by labeling its supplements with the “Made in USA” label. If you have purchased any Universal Nutrition during March 21, 2012 to December 28, 2016 with the label indicating that they were made in the USA you may be entitled to a settlement of no more than $20. The products listed in this class action are the supplements that include a “Made Proudly in the USA” label from the following Universal brands: Universal Nutrition, Universal USA and/or Animal Pak.
